We minimise the stress by creating joint appointments, liaising, consulting and strategising with our carefully chosen specialists, including solicitors, accountants and other financial planners. We work strategically in the background with our specialists, collaborating between meetings, to minimise the complexity, confusion, time and stress on clients.

Through the efforts of our collaboration and client meetings, our strategy is created, and the Rethink team can implement your instructed goals and objectives as per your wishes.

Once we have created the strategic plan, which focuses on the wishes of our clients, many clients choose to hand over the process of implementing the plan to the Rethink team. This ensures the plan is executed in a timely, accurate and stress-free way for the client and their families.

Describe your Role

Laura supports the team to create and implement Aged Care Advice, as well as providing the Centrelink services for our clients.

She is also focused on educating and empowering clients to achieve their financial goals and navigate financial challenges. Laura supports the Financial Planning team with research and helping to compile strategies by liaising with insurers, fund managers and platforms on behalf of clients.

Describe your role:

Carlie assists clients with achieving their financial and personal goals by navigating them through the implementation process of the advice. Once the advice has been presented she is often the liaison between the adviser and the client, and puts the advice into action.

We have a very collaborative team so Carlie’s role varies, you’ll often find her liaising with different service providers on behalf of the client for their superannuation, insurance, and aged care needs.
