Purpose of this Role
An integral part of delivering the high standard of personalised services to our boutique client base. At Rethink Financial Planning, the role of Client Services Manager (CSM) is a highly regarded role within our team and by our clients. You are often the first point of contact for our clients and the critical conduit between our team and our collective team of hand chosen specialists in delivering ongoing support to our clients.

What will your Typical Responsibilities look like in this Role?
Whilst we expect all our team members to roll up their sleeves and help out when needed, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:

Responsibility Area: Client Services
Contacting clients to schedule review meetings
Preparing documentation for client meetings; new and reoccurring
Managing and updating client files within our CRM, XPlan
Generate Fee For Advice invoicing for FP clients
Attend client meetings with our advisers to complete insurance applications
Complete updates and changes to clients superannuation, insurance & investments as a result of the outcomes of client meetings
Complete the induction process for new clients
Conduct insurance research by contacting insurers and via Risk Researcher in XPlan and generate necessary insurance quotes & comparisons for existing and new clients
Complete insurance applications & implementation including following up the application with Insurers and proactively updating clients of the progress
Manage the insurance claim process on behalf of the client
Complete super research using external resources & comparisons using Wealthsolver in XPlan
Complete investment switches
Print & prepare SoA’s and RoA’s for client meetings
Implementing SoA’s and RoA’s for clients with a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Implementing SMSF establishments
Responsibility Area: General duties
Complete paperwork for clients
Complete super and investment application forms
Providing central point of contact for clients requiring information and support
General administrative support to the FP team
Liaise with Insurers and superannuation providers on behalf of advisers and clients
Printing and preparing documentation for client meetings
Liaise with external paraplanning provider
Manage Policy & Procedures; update current policies and create new policies as required
Responsibility Area: Team Participation
Attend weekly FP meetings
Attending scheduled coaching
Attend suitable network & industry functions, events & training
Participate in meetings with businesses with which we collaborate in support of our clients outcomes

Some of our minimum expectations for skills, experience and qualifications
The right person for this role will bring the following to the Rethink family:
A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role with a genuine interest in the financial services industry.
Diploma of Financial Planning desirable.
Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning essential.
Exceptional communication skills within our team, with our providers & insurers, as well as our collaborative of specialists is a must; email, telephone and in person.
A proactive attitude to a client’s experience is essential.
A communication style which is tailored, engaging and warm, enabling the Rethink family to live and breathe our way of doing business.
Proficiency with XPlan is essential.
Experience in SMSF setup is desirable.
An ability to effectively relay client data, objectives and outcomes to our external paraplanning resource to ensure they can efficiently create our SoA’s and RoA’s.
