The role in a nutshell:
My role as Client Services Manager involves managing the advice process from start to finish. That includes coordinating appointments, implementing the advice given and ensuring the compliance and procedures are all followed. I’m here to ensure our clients have trust in us and give them peace of mind throughout the process.
Why you love working at Rethink Financial Planning:
I love working with a team who are truly passionate about providing the support and advice clients need to achieve both their financial and personal goals. There is a real sense of family felt throughout the team, and I have been welcomed with open arms and a ton of support since my move from the Riverina to Newcastle. Cass is great at recognising the best fit for the team, we all have the same agenda of wanting what is right for the client and working our best to help them. I also love the flexibility and work-life balance we have.
Advice you wish everyone knew:
It is never too early to set up for your future. Whilst it can be scary, stepping out of your comfort zone and achieving goals you never felt possible, is the best way to raise those endorphins, ever!! You can start making decisions for your future now, that may lead you to what you dreamt of, but have never thought was possible.
Best career moment:
Moving to Newcastle and joining Rethink Financial Planning. Being able to think outside the square with my role, moving away from a regimented way of working and being challenged in a good way. We’re much more open to new ways of doing things here.
What you are passionate about:
My family, especially my grandchildren. Our move to Newcastle has meant we’re living closer to family and we can spend more time together.
