The role in a nutshell:
Greeting clients upon arrival. Booking clients and staff into pods for meetings. Answering phone enquiries. I generally provide support to the team and ensure all visitors to Rethink are made feel welcome and at home. I see my role here as helping to ensure everyone who visits the space leaves having had a positive experience and looks forward to returning.
Why you love working at Rethink Financial Planning:
I love the space. I love that everyone is out, interacting together. It’s modern and funky. The people are really lovely. We’re all like-minded. When I first started, i noticed how kind and welcoming everyone was and they immediately made me feel like I’m part of the team.
Advice you wish everyone knew:
That I’m here to help and there is no silly question. You’ll never find the answer unless you ask.
Best career moment:
The day that I started working at Rethink as a receptionist was really special to me. I had moved from Dubbo and this was full-time somewhere that was a fantastic fit for me.
What you are passionate about:
I love spending a lot of time with family and friends.
One of your biggest inspirations:
My mum. She’s always been there for us and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without her.

Spiderman, as he saves the world.
